Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any payment.

Acceptance
Any payment implies that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

Price quotations
Cristina Zani (the Artist) and the Client will discuss and agree a brief and set a price before the work commences. The price quotation will be provided to the Client and the quotation will be valid for a period of 30 days. A quotation may need to be revised after the 30 days period.

Changes during the commission
It is usually not possible to change the commission once the work has started/the material has been purchased by the Artist. On specific occasions when an alternation may be possible, the alteration must be agreed by both parties in writing. A fee may be charged for any alteration requested by the Client once the work has started.

Governing Law
The UK Governing Law will apply to this agreement. 

Deposit
The Artist requires a 50% deposit from the Client to confirm a commission. This deposit is non-refundable. A larger deposit may be required depending on the value of the commission.

Payments
A final invoice will be issued on completion of the work. Payment of the balance (plus shipping, if applicable) is due before the work is dispatched or collected. The Artist reserves the right to refuse to dispatch the goods if full payment is not made by the due date specified in the invoice.

Termination

If the Client terminates:

If the Client chooses to terminate the work after agreeing a commission before the commissioned work is finished, the Artist reserves the right to retain any non-refundable deposits paid.

If the Client cancels the commission agreement after the work has been completed, the Artist reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of the total.

If the Artist is unable to fulfil the commission:

If the Artists needs to terminate the agreement, they will return the deposit to the Client.

Returns
Bespoke/commissioned work cannot be returned/exchanged unless it reaches the Client damaged or it is faulty.
